Triclops Bodyguard is the premier product in the field of Press Brake safety and productivity.
- Triclops
Bodyguard safeguards a press brake by projecting a very large area laser safety barrier
around the press brake blade. Any objects entering the area of the safety
barrier are analysed and if objects are not recognised then the
blade is stopped and the operator warned. If the object is
recognised the blade is controlled according to the perceived danger
associated with the material being bent and the bending action being performed.
-
Triclops Personal
Assistant works by continually trying to drive the blade to the pinch
point. When a piece of material is placed onto the anvil Triclops
drives the blade towards the material, when the material is in a
position that allow the whole blade to be observed, then safety can be
assured and Triclops drives the blade down so it stops just above the
material. After the bend, Triclops automatically retracts the blade and keeps it clear of the material.
-
Triclops Bodyguard and Triclops Personal Assistant work
seamlessly together to provide the highest level of productivity and
safety.

 Hello
from Kevin, this is a picture of us at work with friends and
family, from the Melbourne cup '03. Its fun having a
new website, however, it would be nice to know who visits or where on earth they are from. Please view our guestbook or add to our guestbook
such things as questions, comments or suggestions about the
website, TRICLOPS, us or yourself. Have you for instance
been injured in an industrial accident ? Are from a different
country or from the east side of Australia ? |

By today's standards, TRICLOPS is no more complicated than state of the art safety devices were 10 years ago.
